Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in a full-time on-site role in New Jersey. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data with staff and families, and adapt treatment plans based on outcomes.

The position emphasizes collaboration with families, adherence to ABA ethics, and ongoing supervision by the Clinical Manager, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents or adults with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust plans.
• Supervise by meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
