Opal Autism Centers is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person role at our Fayetteville, NC location. The position emphasizes sustainable workloads, strong administrative support, and ongoing clinician growth to prioritize high-quality client outcomes.

Qualified BCBAs will have a Master's degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and 3+ years of autism-focused experience, plus CPR & First Aid.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years to be eligible for this senior level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
