Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Newark, DE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data, adjust treatment plans, and lead staff and family meetings. A Clinical Manager assists with scheduling and caseload support.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401K with match, and an annual incentive up to $6000.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with diverse needs.
• Proficient in ABA data collection and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
