Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in West Chester, PA. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans, while collaborating with families and staff to support individualized interventions.

The role emphasizes a manageable caseload, clinical support from a manager, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families and teams.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload assistance.
