Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Union, NJ team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data with families, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

The role includes family consultation and support from a Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload assistance. This permanent, full-time position offers competitive pay, a robust benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns related to behavior modification.
