Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and competitive pay with a strong benefits package.

The successful candidate will review data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans, and provide supervision through meetings. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with proficiency in Office 365 and ABA

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
