Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review session data to refine individualized treatment plans.

We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software.

Aufgaben

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
