Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Hamilton, NJ. The role involves delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload while reviewing data and adjusting treatment plans to improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.
• Able to meet demanding physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative assistance.
