Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a BCBA to supervise clinical staff and oversee a small caseload in Newark, DE. The role includes reviewing session data, adjusting individualized treatment plans, and conducting regular supervision with families to ensure effective behavior modification.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
