Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Randolph, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time role delivers direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manages a small caseload, and reports to the Clinical Manager.

We offer competitive pay of $85,000–$95,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits plan, a laptop, paid holidays and PTO, 401k with match, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and applicable laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise via observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff coordination.
