Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Union, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan, including a potential annual incentive, with no weekends or late nights.

The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, modify treatment plans, and consult with families. Support from Clinical Manager ensures smooth caseload management and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
