Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a caseload, and use session data to refine individualized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with families and staff, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines while supporting positive outcomes for children and their families in a 1:1 ABA setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct staff and family meetings to supervise and discuss progress.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns or staff-related issues.
