Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review session data with families, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, has at least 1 year of experience with diverse populations, and is proficient with ABA data systems and Office 365.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• At least 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
