Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Familiarity with behavioral intervention strategies and ABA ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Lead team meetings and consultations with families.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager for administrative support and caseload management.
