Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload. You will review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret outcomes, and adapt individualized treatment plans as needed.

You will also consult with families on concerns about treatment, modify plans, and collaborate with the Clinical Manager who provides scheduling and administrative support for caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified through Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
