Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and using data to guide individualized treatment plans.

We offer a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive pay, an incentive up to $6000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid holidays/PTO.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
• Support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and admin tasks.
