Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to deliver 1:1 supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload. You will review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust the individualized treatment plan.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to ensure effective interventions. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and can navigate ABA software platforms along with Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing staff and families in sessions and through team meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
