Formación

• BCBA certification verified through Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethical guidelines.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing staff and conducting team meetings with families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
