Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

You will review data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans. We offer a supportive Clinical Manager and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
