Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans for small caseloads, ensuring quality ABA services for children.

The position emphasizes strong collaboration with families and is supported by a Clinical Manager offering scheduling and administrative assistance to help manage caseloads.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise through observations and staff/family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Clinical Manager provides administrative and scheduling support.
