Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to join our growing team with direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload. You will review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans, while guiding staff through regular team meetings with families.

Collaborating with families on treatment concerns, you will receive support from the Clinical Manager, including scheduling and caseload assistance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and instructional methods.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and ABA software tools.
• Ability to meet physical demands and engage actively with children.
