Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in West Chester, PA. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

This role requires BCBA certification, 1+ year of experience with diverse clients, and proficiency in ABA methodologies and Office 365 tools. A flexible, family-centered environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet physical job demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs) and floor work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
