Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in West Chester, PA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision by observing staff and families and holding team meetings.
