Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Media, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and use data to guide individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
