Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload, with data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.

We offer competitive pay, an attractive benefits plan, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights. A supportive Clinical Manager assists with scheduling and admin tasks.

Competenze

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff guidance.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and admin help.
