Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
