Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (verified via Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise by conducting observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
