Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise a small caseload and oversee BTs/RBTs in a direct supervision role. You will regularly review data, interpret outcomes, and adjust individualized treatment plans with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with Behavior Analyst Certification Board verification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage with children on floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and modify treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and meeting with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
