Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a caseload, and oversee treatment plans. The role emphasizes data review and collaboration with families to ensure effective behavior intervention.

The BCBA will meet with staff and families, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to ABA ethics and regulations while supporting a child-centered program in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise by meetings with staff and families to ensure quality care.
• Communicate with families about treatment concerns.
