Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead supervision for BTs and RBTs while managing a caseload. You will regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with families is essential to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and modify treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
