Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload in a full-time role in McLean, VA. The position emphasizes data-driven treatment planning, family collaboration, and ongoing staff support.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with board verification.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage a small caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment and staff-related concerns.
