Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload and collaborate with families to implement evidence-based programs.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families on treatment supports and staff questions.
