Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing data to adjust individualized treatment plans. The BCBA will also consult with families and lead team meetings to support staff and clients.

The position offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a generous incentive program are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics in ABA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
