Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Lakewood Township, NJ. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and modify treatment plans to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.

We offer a competitive salary between $85,000 and $95,000 per year, an attractive benefits plan, and a potential discretionary incentive bonus up to $6,000 annually. Schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per BACB standards.
• At least 1 year experience with children or clients with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and data analysis.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
