Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a dedicated BCBA in New Jersey to provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and continuously review data to tailor treatment plans. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to maximize outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification and bring experience with diverse populations, coupled with proficiency in ABA software and Microsoft Office. On-site role with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with active certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage with children on the floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Support administrative tasks and caseload management.
