Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services in New Jersey. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and collaborating with families to implement data-driven treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and at least 1 year of experience with individuals with diverse needs, with strong knowledge of behavior analytic methods.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and adjust the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and the families.
• Consult with the family regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
• Clinical Manager provides support including administrative support and scheduling help.
