Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified through BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics and regulations.
- Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff-related issues.
