Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a BCBA to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will regularly review data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
The role requires BCBA certification and at least 1 year of related experience. Strong software skills (Office 365 and ABA platforms) and a collaborative approach to family involvement are essential.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, reinforcement principles, ethics and applicable regulations.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff needs.
