Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Center-based BCBA in New Jersey to design individualized programming and supervise BTs/RBTs, ensuring ethical, data-driven treatment.

You will oversee a caseload of 8–10 clients, collaborate with families and staff, and work with a Clinical Manager for support. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and staff; provide consultation on concerns related to treatment.
