Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA in New Jersey to supervise 1:1 ABA cases and lead a small team of BTs/RBTs. You will interpret session data and adjust treatment plans, while coordinating closely with families and staff to ensure effective outcomes.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical team. A passion for improving lives through ABA is essential.

Qualifications

BCBA certification is required as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Minimum of 1 year experience working with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
