Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in Fair Lawn, NJ. You will regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and verified.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instruction, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
