Job summary

Clarvida in New Bern, NC is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst to join a compassionate team serving individuals and families in our Autism Services Program. With a small caseload of 8–10 clients, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver high-quality, individualized behavioral support.

You’ll maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement while focusing on client care and professional sustainability; no self-authored authorizations, allowing more time for what matters most—supporting

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and supports.
• Provide outreach services and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Collaborate with BCBA team and participate in team meetings.
• Provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
