Clarvida is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina, to deliver individualized behavioral support with a small caseload of 8–10 clients. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and their support systems.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
