Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavior Analyst in Asheville, NC. We seek a collaborative, compassionate professional with a small caseload (8-10 clients) and a 23-hour weekly billable requirement to support individuals and families in our Autism Services Program.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification and NC licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and support systems.
• Provide outreach services and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
