Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst in New Bern, North Carolina. You will manage a small caseload (8–10 clients) with a balanced 23-hour weekly billable requirement and collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support.

You’ll work with a compassionate, collaborative team, build strong relationships with clients and families, and participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification and NC licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB supervision training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
