Job summary

Clarvida in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a collaborative team dedicated to individuals and families in our Autism Services Program. With a small caseload of 8–10 clients, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver high-quality, individualized support.

The role requires BCBA certification, NC licensure (or willingness), a master’s or doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field, and completion of BACB supervision training.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services discipline.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and support systems.
• Collaborate with clinical team and provide outreach services.
• Maintain a 23‑hour weekly billable requirement.
• Share ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate bi‑weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule for client/personal balance.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
