Job summary

Clarvida in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Autism Services Program. You will partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning and collaborate with the clinical team.

This full-time role offers a manageable caseload (8-12 clients), a low billable requirement (23 hours per week), comprehensive benefits, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and dailyCEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services field with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
