Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Moorestown, NJ to join our growing team. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload, with emphasis on data-driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by conducting observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns related to behavior modification and staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative assistance.
