Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in Moorestown, NJ. The role offers a hybrid work model with Monday–Friday schedule, direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, and a small caseload.

You will review data, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families and staff. The position requires a BCBA credential and at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead staff and family meetings and provide consultation as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager for administrative support.
