Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid/hybrid/onsite capacity in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, caseload management, and data-driven treatment planning to support children with diverse needs.

The position offers a competitive salary of 85k–95k with an annual incentive up to 6000, full benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and valid per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ABA data systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
• Support from Clinical Manager with administrative tasks and scheduling.
